Homemade Garlic Butter
The smell of garlic and fresh herbs always takes me back to those afternoons when there was a loaf of bread on the table and somebody was always hungry. The garlic would sizzle gently, the herbs turning bright green, and everyone knew something good was coming. A thick slice of bread, still warm, dipped into that buttery goodness was enough to make somebody say, βHmmmm smells goooodβ.β Simple ingredients, but full of memories, sabor, and family.
